The “Buy To Sell” offer is a real estate investment/trading platform pioneered by the PWAN Group whereby a parcel of land is offered to any willing purchaser who subscribes to the scheme and the company sells that parcel of land on behalf of the Purchaser to a third party within a minimum period of 6 and 12 months and pays 12.5% and 30% profit or return on investment to the Purchaser.
The PROFIT is guaranteed at the point of purchase with a post-dated cheque issued to the Purchaser.
